We seek to ensure that the food in our care maintains its integrity, quality and safety from the point of its arrival to delivery and handover to our customers.
We aim to minimise any potential food safety hazards by robust implementation & monitoring of our HACCP based ‘Custom Food Control Plan’, adhering to strict hygiene standards and good manufacturing practices.
We will ensure that our site and product comply with relevant NZ Food Legislations & with BRC Food Safety Standards V-9 through our internal improvement program and external audit verification.
